Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center
Sitting along Kalakaua Avenue in the heart of Waikiki is the Royal Hawaiian
Shopping Center. Home to some 150 shops and restaurants this tourist geered
mall has a lot to offer.
The Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center houses various types of shops and booths,
much of them in the same vein as Ala Moana shopping
center. The look of the Mall is much more elegant looking than most other
locations on the island. The Mall mainly features apparel and fashion design
clothing shops and jewelry stores. In addition to shops, the Royal Hawaiian
also features other things including several Japanese and Chinese restaurants
on the top floors.
The Royal Hawaiian is also a great entertainment venue. Most prominently, the popular Legends in Concert venue is hosted in the Aloha Showroom on the top floor of the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. This Las Vegas based act features imitators of numerous top Hollywood and other popular entertainers. Legends in Concert has two performances each night. Also, during Block parties and other events there is always entertainment provided at the foot of the shopping center.
Each week the Royal Hawaiian regular features educational/special events including:
