Nightlife bustles with activity in Waikiki, especially on weekend's. For a night on the town Waikiki is most definitely the place to be. Street musician's and other exhibitionists normally line the streets Friday nights entertaining all onlookers. Locals and tourists alike cruise the streets of Waikiki either by foot or by car. Professional local entertainers can be found performing in any given lounge in the numerous hotels, bars, restaurants and clubs located in Waikiki. There is no shortage of activities in Waikiki. Nothing illustrates the nightlife of Honolulu better than spending a night in the "Streets of Waiks."

Minigolf has been a popular pass time for many years. Locally, there are two miniature golf courses on O'ahu. The first is the popular Hilton Hawaiian Village mini-golf course in Waikiki. The second is the Jungle River Golf Course by Pearlridge 4-Plex Theatres in 'Aiea.
Movies have been an American pass time for several decades. O'ahu has its fair share of movie houses on the island. The main theatre companies on the island are Consolidated Theatres, Wallace Theatres and Signature Theatres. The main theatres near town and in Waikiki that you'd probably be checking out are the Waikiki Theatres, Kahala Mall Theatres and Restaurant Row Theatres. Waikiki has three large theatres at the corner of Seaside and Kalakaua. These are the three largest theatres on the island. Just ten minutes east from Waikiki is Kahala Mall with its 8-plex of theatres. About 5 minutes west bound from Waikiki is Restaurant Row with its 9-plex of theatres. Other notable venues on the island are the 16-Plex in Kapolei, the Pealridge 4-plex and 11-plex located in Pearlridge shopping center and the brand new Signature Theatre at the Pearl Highlands Shopping Center in Pearl City which features stadium styled seating.
