The second largest city in Laos. As Vientiane, it is a very nice city/town located by a river. The highlights of Luang Prapang is found by the river by sunset or in the morning. It's nice to watch workers carrying goods from land to the ships, enjoy how people sell and buy things and watch how kids play around in the water.
South of the city you will find a beautiful waterfall and to the north you will find some villages and caves.
