Reductions for stays longer than 2 weeks. Water usage included. Electricity not included. Airport/train station pick-up/drop off available upon demand. Reservation fee: The fee is one third of the rental for the period that you book. The fee will be deducted from your rental, to be paid in full upon arrival. The fee is not refundable in the event of cancellation less than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period. Rental dates: Normally, rental period is from Saturday to the following Saturday. (If you arrive on another day, i.e. Sunday or Monday, you may stay for an entire week, e.g., until the following Sunday or Monday, but only on the condition that there are no arrivals on the Saturday following your arrival except during High Season.) Arrival & departure times: You can arrive anytime after 12 noon, and your departure time should be around 10 am on Saturdays. (Arrival on any other day must be discussed before-hand.) Security deposit: Renters are required to pay a deposit, to be returned to you, of an amount equivalent to the rental fee against which you will receive a receipt. This deposit will be returned upon departure, with eventual deductions made for cleaning, utilities and the cost of any damage. Non-smoking apartment. |
