The Binders are a family of three who moved to Escondido, California from Tutuila Island, a small island belonging to American Samoa and located about 125 miles east of the International Date Line in the South Pacific Ocean. Ed is a Computer Consultant and equal partner in Tink's Web Pages, a Web Design and Services business where he functions as the Hostmaster for TinkWeb.Net, the company's Internet Hosting server.
Lavania is currently back in American Samoa. She returned there in July 1999 to help her family get over a couple of rough spots in the road.
Evannah accompanied her mother to the island and is attending First Grade at Manumalo Baptist School. She is an Honor Roll student who loves reading and school above everything.
Lavania and Evannah will be returning to California in early June, when the Binder Family will be reunited after a very long separation.
