Annapolis Lighthouse, July, 1998
The Annapolis Lighthouse was built in 1889. Today it looks like a tourist attraction.
This is one of the easiest Nova Scotia lighthouses to find. If you visit Annapolis Royal, you can't miss it - it is only about 10-15 metres from the road. Even still, during our visit in 1998, I was not paying attention and I almost did miss it. As it was, we were looking for somewhere to eat, and had to make quite a few miles before night, so I spent only a few minutes with it.
