Career-wise, I work full time as a prepress specialist for a local printing company. I can't think of a career that could be more suited to me ... guess that's why I've been in this field for almost 17 years.

As you have probably guessed by two of my handles I use in the Chathouse, I am a fiend for the color purple. *BS* It's absolutely been my fave since I was a young 'un. I suppose some people would think I have taken my obsession too far--driving a purple car, adorning rooms in my house with the color--but, why not share my passion for the color? There isn't much point in feeling passionate about something and not letting everyone know it! And the explanation for my other handle ("pandamonium") ... well, I'm a sucker for the adorable bamboo-eating, black and white furballs. And since I usually never stop talking and I'm outta control, I thought I'd do the little play on words. *L*

As for hobbies and such, I enjoy listening to music. It's probably my favorite pastime. Well ... not my favorite, but I'm trying to keep this little ditty as clean as possible! *G* As for a favorite artist, it's definitely Madonna. I've been a HUGE fan since I was 14. I've seen her twice in concert and collect just about anything relating to her. And her music has gotten me through some rough times in my life. Additionally, I enjoy Erasure, Def Leppard, Bryan Adams, Live, Natalie Merchant, New Order, The Verve, Duran Duran, Robert Palmer (R.I.P.), Matchbox 20, Third Eye Blind, Stone Temple Pilots, Milli Vanilli (just kidding! *L*), The Cranberries, The Cure, Alanis Morissette, REM, and too many others to list. When I'm not listening to music (which is rare!), I like gardening or spending time outside--not doing anything in particular ... just enjoying nature and thinking ... and romping with my puppies, of course! *BS* Yes, I'm a big ole sap for animals--especially ones as cute as mine! *gushing* I've recently taken up reading--again!--and have found it to be much more entertaining and thought-provoking than I did as a kid. Hmmm ... does that mean I'm finally growing up?! Highly doubtful! *L* And, of course, I like chatting--must be because I'm such a chatterbox! *G* And, as for TV ... well, most of the shows I loved came to an end in recent years (X-files, 90210, Party of Five), but nowadays I enjoy quite a few cable shows--The Sopranos, Sex and the City, Queer As Folk, Dead Like Me, Six Feet Under--as well as a few network shows: The Shield, 24, The O.C., Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, ER, Will and Grace, and Friends.
