Very Important GREAT LAYOUT - TOUR
I built Great Layout during University Years (1986..1990), thanks to courtesy of my dear friend Enrico and his father, Sigrido. They gave me a room, bout 4.60 x 3.80 meters , not eceptional but enough for a seriuos layout. Due to Enrico marriage and other facts, I dismantled Great Layout on 1990 , november, to give back rooms to Enrico's parents. Thanks to my wife Rita for her help during dismantle operations. Half part of this material is actually employed for my new "Garage" Layout.

Very Important
Thanks to Marklin for reliability, optimal metal coupling and good electric rail contact of AC system: for this, manteinance and rail cleaning is NOT NECESSARY for many years. Without these features, I believe that would be impossible to enjoy with great tracks lenght.. Traction force of these models makes great performances, with more than 10 passenger cars or 20 freight cars over 3%, 360mm radius tracks. Try to obtain these performances with other brands :-)
