...a list of Frequently Asked Questions
just like any good and proper website would ...
Q : What's
with the [RV] prefix in your name and website?
A : Well, [RV]
stands for the Russian Vodka clan name that I usually use
when I play networked games like Quake3
and CounterStrike
with my mates.

Q : What
kind of a silly name is ForFEAR?
A : It is
silly only to the person who asks. : )

Q : Some
articles look mighty similar to something I saw somewhere.
Were they lifted?
A : I used to plagiarize
a wee bit on my previous versions of my homepage but this
time I've tried to keep it all original. I say I try cos
stuff like the HTML reference tables were such that I didn't
lose them next time say for example my harddisk had to be
formatted. Some articles are pretty important to me , and so
that I won't miss them next time something new comes down
the road I make a copy of it. Usually you'll see the
reference site I got it. After all this IS my homepage for
me to use and put what I want...heheh...

Q
: I found some bad links on page X and the tables are out of
place. What happened?
A : I
used Frontpage to create and upload my homepage this time.
Also, I used to Microsoft's Internet Explorer and not
Netscape as some might be using. I have not tested my site
on other platforms other than my own and maybe on my
college's computers although a real professional would and
should have. On the bad links , they can 99% be blamed as a
typo error on my part. Do email
me if you do find one.

Q : Some
of your tips and hints for Photoshop on your articles page
aren't linked. What gives and when do you intend to add
something totally fresh?
A : Again, I
have to say that I put those up so primarily that I wouldn't
forget them when I lose my Photoshop touch for awhile. It
takes time for me to find them again. Creating those pages
with screenshots and including the details like how much
blur or wind effect were much harder work than I thought. If
I had more time to complete them I would, but continually
shifting interests (fickle me) and with uni starting
it gets harder to update them. Unashamedly I recommend you
check out these REAL PhotoShop sites that I do visit when I
need help or ideas like DesignsByMark
or ArtAttacks!
.

Q : I
followed the tips and hints on your articles page to the dot
but it wasn't the same. What gives?
A : According
to a friend who was looking to achieve a specific effect, I
proudly directed him to my site. Accordingly he said I may
have left something out, if I have... then I apologize .
Again my reasons for not going back to update them are the
same as the above. I really just do this as a passing
interest - the same goes for this homepage of mine.
