Well, after I got over the initial annoyance of searching endlessly for Kim Kaphwan fanfiction, or AT THE VERY LEAST fanfiction INVOLVING Kim, I thought: "Hey! Wait a minute! Why don't *I* write some fanfiction?"
And the answer came back: "Because your writing sucks."
But that would not stop me. Nuh-uh. I had seen my share of badly-written fanfiction, and I knew full well I couldn't do any worse. Besides, nobody'll read this, who's going to know? ;)

Now, as I mentioned on the main page, the story that started out as nothing but an excuse to have a fanfiction page at the Church of Kaphwan turned into an improfanfic one day when I wasn't looking. :)
And since I'm so good at free plugs, may I just say that the people hosting this fine impro are Indie Madnesse, and they'd really really appreciate it if any of you aspiring writers out there were to head on over, pick a fic you like, sign up in the queue for it, and when your time comes write a chapter for the story. They'd like that a whole lot. Especially if you sign up for, say, *this* story. That name again is Indie Madnesse, folks. :)

OTHER PEOPLE'S FANFICTION.

By which I mean "Fanfiction not started by me", of course. ^^

We've got a chapter of Aaron "Shinsei" Nakahara's Street Fighter vs. King of Fighters fanfic!
Specifically, it's Chapter 10: The One True Kaphwan (Woo woo!) versus Fei Long (Who? Oh... Yeah... The Rekka-ken Bruce-Lee guy).
It IS kind of serious for my tastes, but, what the hell, it's good fanfiction, and besides... it's KIM! Woohoo! ;)

I was recently alerted by several people that there's a new fanfic out, and - you may want to be sitting down for this - it heavily features Kim! :)
I contacted the author and he gave me the nod, so I'm allowed to link to Truelance's SNK vs. Capcom, which is nowhere near as bad as most other crossover stories, trust me. In fact, I fully recommend you read it, just because it's a fanfic with Kim in it. Can you say "Scenic Anomaly"? :)

From the Street Fighter Vanishing Point, a site for all your Street Fighter needs (I have *no* shame. ^_^), comes a crossover story written by "Jay", one of the site's many fanfiction writers. (To the best of my knowledge, no, there isn't a writer there named "Silent Bob". ^_^)
It's Kim vs. Dan, folks, and I find it to be a pretty accurate description of what would happen if the two met. Of course, I'm nuts, so... ^_^
