Often seen mothering some poor tribe member, Reina has nominated herself as caretaker of the tribe apparently. Her mousy brown hair has been sunstreaked blond and hangs unevenly down to midback. A thin streak through the side part stripes grey through her thin hair. She's of average height though a little heavy in a matronly manner. Her eye flicker with compasion and love within the pale green color. She's tanned slightly but it's obvious that long ago she gave up much of her restless wandering. Anyone can see that it's due to the limp from a long ago, badly healed, break in her left leg that caused her settling, and thus her persistant caring for the tribe.

In soft doeskin, Reina is wearing a simple light tan, long skirt. It's slip up the right side and fringed decoratively around the waist with a darker skin. A loose vest of the same dark skin keeps her modestly hidden. Though she gets around well enough, Reina hasn't hunted or shown her left leg in over two hundred turns. She's barefoot.

Born to solitary catelves in the region of lostholt, Reina was raised in a manner similar to those of the wolfriders. Playing with the bond wolves of her friends and then going home to the family tent, she learned young that she didn't want to be a solitary. Family meant life. Once old enough to leave and make her own path, she made her way back to the home of tribe. That was more then four hundred turns ago. Reina hunted but never strayed far from home once she decided what meant most to her. Even as a young adult, she was always helping others out with the kittens and bringing home a 'zoo' of injured animals to care for.

It was on one of these rescue attempts that she recognized her lifemate, Heldin, for the first time. Pulling an injured panther from a human's trap, the she-cat turned on Reina. Luckily, Heldin arrived, pulled her free from the frightened cat's claws and met his fate.

Since then, they've Recognized twice more and have borne three strong kits, Depha, Caliph and Sevik. During her pregnancy with Caliph though, Reina's trips out into the wild stopped when a freak hunting accident changed her life. Chasing a herd of deer, she feel into a pit and shattered her left knee. Reina eventually heeled but it was a long trial and her leg was never the same again. Her 'zoo' has shrunken to only a few loyal creatures and now Reina cares for any in the tribe that will put up with her need to mother all.
