On one particularly dreary day, he sat under his favourite tree, in the garden outside his family home. A strange ork, the likes of whom Jarra had never associated with, came and sat down beside him.
He introduced himself and his way of life, as they sat and ate the fruits of the tree they were leaned against. This stranger believed that every man must do what they most stronly feel for, in each moment that passes. Opposed to the inhibition that society places upon desires, this fellow planted the idea in Jarra's mind that to live, one must carry out their desires to the fullest. As it came to pass, this ork happened to be a Thief by discipline, and had taken it upon himself to take Jarra in under his wing. For the next few years Jarra became highly skilled at operating under the thiefs guidance, until finally, the thief decided he was bored of being a teacher. He told Jarra that he must go and do what he has to do, in the wide expanse of the world. 'Bartertown,' the thief said, gesturing around himself ,'is just too small a place for you boy.' |
Somewhere along the line, he found a place called Forgal (see Brun or Jaque). It is here that he met up with the party, and decided to make a life out of what there was to 'take'.
