At a time in our history, the world was covered in a pall of war. This war touched nearly every human on Earth, and resulted in the largest loss of life ever in history. This was was World War II!
The people at the time of the "Great War", World War I, had thought that nothing could have been worse than that war. They thought that the world could never again be flung into such a violent conflict. They thought wrong.
Slowly, like a jungle cat stalking its prey, the new war loomed into reality. The short sightedness of the leaders of the European nations had fostered ill feelings in the losers. Vengeance was necessary. As the other nations went about their business, whether fruitful or not, Germany was growing in power, becoming a force to the reckoned with.
Then, like a bolt of lightning, the German war machine struck! The nations of Europe were stunned at the quickness of the conquests. No one thought that it could be possible, but it was happening. Europe was falling.
As the U.S. struggled with its own financial and economic problems, the European nations struggled against something much more deadly, the Wermacht! With an iron fisted grip, Germany gained a strangle hold over the last few nations to offer resistance. It wouldn't be long before Fortress Europa was compete!
From the East, the Rising Sun also was expanding, the Japanese making claims on lands in Asia and the Philippines. Only token resistance was put up against them. Feeling sure of their military prowess, and realizing that they could only keep the U.S. idle for a short while longer, the Japanese launched a surprise attack on the naval base at Pearl Harbor. The resulting losses from this attack outraged Americans, and brought the U.S. into the war with a vengeance.
This area will detail equipment, careers, weapons, and eventually adventure ideas regarding the greatest conflict ever fought: World War II
To start, I am putting up stats for vehicles used by the major nations during the war. Some are already found in the Twilight: 2000 sourcebook on the Soviet Union (Version 2) and in the American sourcebook (Version 2) as well. I will briefly mention these so that they can be referenced for use. I will not, however, put up the stats for them. All stats that I am putting up are for vehicles and equipment that have not been created for Twilight: 2000.
Most all of these vehicle's stats have been provided to me courtesy of Aaron Woods. If anyone else has any information regarding this time period, or adventure ideas, please let me know.

I also plan on putting up some career ideas for the time period, both in the military and the civilian fields. This won't be until later in the future, however.
