Go as the arrows say. Move fast before SWAT gets too close. Send into the left and the middle mobile homes cells of 3 terrorists each. To the mobile home on the right send a cell of 2 terrorists. Take everyone hostage, while taking children is at your highest priority. There are 2 children in that mission. While you are inside the mobile homes, use the "kill them 1 by 1 tactics". When the area is clear, escape through the northwest and the northeast parts of the map, looking out not to expose yourself to the SWAT snipers shots.
