Get 1 sniper to the sniper position. Use the "sniper tactics" with him. With the other terrorists, go in the house, find Themany and kidnap him (take him as hostage). You may take his family mates as hostages but you don't have to do so. Your first priority is to kill the SWAT officers and escape with Themany. Note that the movement is not defined precisely because it is not important. You need to kill the SWAT officers as soon as they arrive, which will happen quite quickly.
