- Possesses all the functions necessary for life.
- Death of the planetary body occurs when all lower centres cease functioning.
Second Body = Astral Body = Kesdjan Body = Natural Body = `Horse'
- Corresponds to All Planets = Solar System.
- This body must be cultivated.
- Can control itself and first body.
- Second body can survive death of the planetary body, at least briefly, depending on degree of development.
Third Body = Mental Body = Spiritual Body = `Driver'
- Corresponds to Sun, higher emotional centre.
- This body must be cultivated.
- Can control itself, second body, and first body.
- Third body can survive death of the planetary body and the second body, at least briefly, depending on degree of development.
Fourth Body = Causal Body = Divine Body = `Master'
- Corresponds to Galaxy, higher intellectual centre.
- This body must be cultivated.
- Can control itself, third body, second body, and first body.
- Fourth body can survive death of the planetary body, the second body, and the third body, at least briefly, depending on degree of development.
