Mutation:
Requirement: use combo magic to finish off the last enemy. Equipped the Best compatiability Persona on each member (ex: JUSTICE class on Katsuya) will get the best result. Check out the Compatiability List here. Also using the same element as the Persona belongs would be better.
Getting "Red Dragon" at WanLong fortune-telling helps a lot too. In my case, it's Maya who always gain mutation, wonder if it has to do with TEC.

4. Obtain morphing ability (morph to Minor Arcane class, see the chart below. Or starting Persona will upgrade.)
5. Unknown Power (haven't got it myself yet, heard that it's "revive immediately after dead")
