The Sailor Moon Manga

Sailor Moon started as manga by its creator / artist Naoko Takeuchi (Takeuchi Naoko). There used to be some really good translations of the text on the internet but they've had to be taken down. Mixx is currently producing english translations of the manga in a magazine format, featuring one instalment of Sailor Moon in each issue along with three other series. I've only got one copy but its not bad, although I don't like the name Bunny (they did however used Darien instead of Mamoru).

I have to admit I really like what I know of the manga (which is only up to about volume twenty four), and recommend that you get your hands on it if you can. I just bought four collected volumes of it in french and I love the artwork. There are some differences: no Alan and Ann, nobody loses their memory after the defeat of Beryl, Serena and Darien's relationship is more "involved", ect. But I like the stories very much(at least up until that point) and Takeuchi's art is fantastic!
