Dragon Ball Z. This story is about fighting, fighting and more fighting. However, somewhere within all this fighting is plot. You can find if you look a little hard. ^_~ Mainly this story is about Vegeta, er, Goku's journey through life and battle. Along with some of the coolest battles and greatest characters, are the Dragonballs. They are seven balls that when gathered and placed together will sommon the great Shenlon. The mystical dragon that will grant any wish that you have. This is really a cool show, so don't give up on it on the first episode. Prince Vegeta's Palace Some real good fanfic. Personal Plug!!
Tenchi Muyo. An anime about a young boy named
Tenchi Masak, who has beautiful aliens land on Earth and
want to stay with him, causing mahem wherever they go or
do. This is an anime that combines, romance, action, and
comedy in all. So, if you like beautiful aliens dropping in
on you click the link. And I musn't forget that
fun-loving-carrot-eating bunny Ryoohki who changes into the
space ship.
Vampire Princess Miyu. This is the story about a young girl who was destined to become the Guardian of the Japanese shinma (demons)--her duty to return these shinma back to the darkness. But the ironic part is that she is also considered a shinma--she is of the vampire kind. Miyu has help of her eternal slave Larva who is a Western shinma that she has bonded to her. Watch Miyu struggle between deciding if she loves humans or could care less if they vanish. This anime has been classified as an horror and love story. You decide.
Tekkaman Blade.Or as we in North American
knows him as Tecknoman Slade, the cancelled UPN show just
as it was getting good. But hey, I'm not bitter. This show
and Sailor Moon were my first introduction to Anime. This show
is about the future of earth and how it is invaded by
Mutant Spider Crabs, and the Venomoids whose leader is
Darkcon. Slade is a traitor who leaves to go save Earth
from the attack, by transforming his body into a Tecknobot
armor. He is aided in his quest by the Star Fleet: Ringo,
Star, Tina, Maggie, Mac, and Commander Jameson. This anime
has tons of action and maybe some romance.
Ranma (1/2)Is a very romantic comedy about a cursed
boy named Ranma and his intended Akane. Ranma went to China
and it's forbidden moutains to test his karate skills
against his father. He threw his father in a lake that
turned him into a panda and his father in turn knocked him
into a lake that turned him into a young red-headed girl.
When he meets Akane as a girl and best her at karate they
become friends but the minute she finds out that he is
acutally a boy, Akane picks up a table and hits him over
the head. The action and comedy doesn't stop there. More
intendeds come for Ranma and Akane.
