BS 1.5 was released as two VHS in May of 1996 and later as a single laser disc in June of the same year. BS 1.5 is a two-episode retelling of the Blue Seed storyline with one episode from Momiji's point of view and the other from Kusanagi's. It also features the omake Dance a Little Love.
