Author's note: This is sorta the epilogue to ‘Saviour or Satan’, I’m not really sure if it’s possible to continue this but I’ll try. If I do continue it, the story or series will be under a new name.

Epilogue (sorta)

Sarah stood by the Crystal Palace in thought, she wasn’t all that sure whether she should go in or not.

<I did promise to visit when I could, but I’m nervous around humans. I suppose that’s the result of too many years of complete isolation. And what happened during the rule of King Arthur.>

"Well? Are you coming in or not?"

Sarah jumped at the sudden voice she hadn’t known was there. She looked down at Chibi-Usa.

"Child, now is a good time to learn that it is never a good idea to startle an Alicorn."

"You’re avoiding the question, are you coming in or not?"

<This child continues to surprise me, the care and love emitting from her is soothing to my mind. I imagine that in this fashion and a few more that she is very much like her mother.>

"Hai, I will come in. I just needed a few moments to gather the many thoughts in my mind child."

<Why do I feel so close to this child?>

Sarah felt a hand on her leg and looked down at Chibi-Usa smiling reassuringly.

"Don’t worry! Everyone will love you, not just because you saved us but for the Alicorn that you are!"

A look of great shock flashed quickly across Sarah’s face at her words.

<The child speaks with wisdom beyond her years!>

Chibi-Usa began skipping toward the palace. Sarah almost smiled as she followed her but managed to stifle the expression.

Chibi-Usa skipped through the door, Sarah stopped and looked at it. There was no way she could fit through that, unless . . .

Chibi-Usa stopped and turned around, wondering why she didn’t hear Sarah following her.

<Sarah can’t fit through the door!> She thought as Sarah began to get smaller. <What the . . .?>

Sarah began to change, her wings retreated into her body, her forelegs turned into hands, soon, she was totally human in appearance. She had white hair with a green tint to it and she was wearing a traditional kimono.

"Sarah?"

"Yes child, it is I. I had forgotten that I was capable of transformation, I have forgotten many things since the Moon Kingdom. I do not know the appropriate garments here so I thought it best to go traditional."

"Can’t you talk with your mouth?" She asked as they walked down the halls. Sarah had remembered how to walk as a human. But not speak as one.

"I do not believe I ever knew how to speak as a human would. And I regret to say that even if I wanted to I would be unable. Child, what has your mother told you of the Moon Kingdom?"

"Not much." She pouted.

"I believe that is for your own good, your mother was traumatized when that bi . . . Beryl attacked. And she has very little memories of anything except that horrid battle." She shuddered in remembrance.

"Ne Sarah, my birthday is coming up soon, when’s yours?"

Sarah stopped and looked at her in confusion.

"What are you talking about?"

"My birthday! You mean you don’t know what birthdays are?"

"No, I do not. Please, enlighten me so that I am not a total outcast in such knowledge."

"Um, birthdays are kind of hard to explain . . ."

"If you would allow me to look within your mind perhaps I would get an idea on the matter."

Chibi-Usa nodded in agreement.

"Could you please recall a birthday for me?" Sarah asked as she probed Chibi-Usa’s memories of her birthdays. Sarah broke the link and shook her head

"I think I understand, a day to celebrate your birth. And you are correct that it would be extremely difficult to explain such a day."

Chibi-Usa nodded in agreement and they continued walking, Sarah was deep in thought.

<Yet another surprise! She holds great power within her, though she does not realize it. Could she hold Alicorn blood within her veins? I shall have to research her blood line when given the chance. Is it possible that she is a descendant of . . . no, it can not be. But I can not deny the power she holds.>

Sarah was so lost in thought she didn’t realize where she was being taken until it was too late. A voice snapped her out of it.

"Greetings Sarah, I’m glad you came to visit. I see you have assumed human form."

Like it? I’ve decided that I will start a new series called ‘Together Again’, so watch for it! Of course the first chapter will be a continuation of this (sorta) epilogue. How do you think Sarah will react?
