Intelligence:  Kuno is very smart people may think he is dumb not knowing that his beloved Pig-tailed girl and Ranma are one in the same but he is in denial thinking that Ranma has some kind of spell/control over her.
Rank:  Kuno is a sempia (upperclassman) at Furinkan High as well being the captain of the school's kendo club he is also very influential in the affairs of the school for that reason he made the condition that for anyone to go out on a date with Akane they had to first defeat her in combat.
Attacks:  Kuno mostly uses his sword for attacks it is shown in the series that he can cut through almost anything with his sword trees, walls etc.  He has the Blue Thunder Strike which were he attacks in a blur, a whirlwind attack which he learns from Happosai to use against Ranma then an attack in which he can slice any watermelon thrown against him.

*The reason why this is he is undefeated kendo champion others tried to defeat him but failled because Akane can defeat Kuno in a regular fight but is no match for him when she uses a sword this is proven in "Ranma and Juliet" when Akane was trying to defend a druken Ranma from Kuno but he beats her hands down and it is also proven he can defeat the entire kendo club by himself as we see in "Kuno the night prowling knight" episode.
