(1) This famous photo has appeared in official artbooks, posters, cards, and even jigsaw puzzles. This scene obviously doesn't take place in the series, but since Eva artists are fond of putting relationships in pictures (check out some of the Shinji & Misato artwork!), it's an interesting, if not telling piece.

(2) A End of Eva trading card picture, taken from a screencap of EoE. Giant Kaworu is reaching out for Unit 01 (with Shinji inside) while giant Rei dangles off his back.

(3) A promotional poster for End of Eva. I suppose Kaworu is rather important to the movie, if they keep putting him on all the merchandise, hmm? I wonder.

(4) This picture is from a calendar (no, I'm not positive of the year). This same shot is often seen with Asuka and Rei in the foreground. I have a pencilboard with that pic. (5) I believe this is a card of some sort. I'm not positive. If anyone knows, please email me.

(6) Another classic picture. This is found in a number of artbooks, with differing backgrounds, including the Newtype Perfects Eva Artbook. (7) This picture is from a playing card deck, unofficial. The original picture is taken from an official trading card.

(8) This picture is from an Eva calendar. If anyone can tell me the year, I'll be very grateful. (9) This is the same picture, just in the form of a transparent card. Both are official merchandise, but as you can see, the calendar cut off the bottom of the picture - Shinji and Kaworu holding hands.

(10) A screencap from Episode 24. Rei is actually on the other side of Shinji, but I cropped her (the only pic I've altered on this site!). No good reason for this one, except that they are nice headshots, and you can see the official part-of-the-original-cel spellings of their names.
