He was already as good as 東邪, 南帝, and 北丐 for most of 射鵰. He should be the strongest of the four after learning 九陰真經 backward at the end of the story. 南帝 used to be very effective fighting against him, but since 歐陽 learned how to change the location of his pressure points on his body, 段's 一陽指 probably won't work anymore.
