HI! So, you want to know what is Slam Dunk huh! There r 2 kinds of Slam Dunk .Today, I am going to talk about the SLAM DUNK COMICS. Welcome to Shohoku…A high school in Japan! It was another typical day for Sakarugi Hamanichi(10#,Red Hair)- the HERO of this comic who is a freshman in Shohoku.He has a record of being rejected/dumped(whatever..) by 50 girls since he was in Middle School. He and his LEPAK(class runaways) gang are well known as naugthy no-good destructive boys in Japan(Well,not precisely Japan..)They're doBADers who are not 'fraid of anyone and usually use violence to settle problems,mostly gangster problems...(whoa...sounds like me)Sakarugi Hamanichi hates basketball more than anything else because he was last dumped by a girl who's crazy of a boy from the basketball association.. One day, a beautiful yet adorable girl ,Haruku Akagi,came to ask him "Do u like basketball?" He fall in love as soon as he saw her. He nodded his head and the so-called nightmare or shall I say adventure begined!!!He found out that Haruko Akagi is already in love with Kaede Rukawa(11#red fox)from the b-ball team.That made him hates basketball more and beats anyone who says the word" basketball"…He soon meet Takenori Akagi,Haruko's brother who is the captain of the Shohoku Basketball Team.Sakarugi insulted Take's fav. sport and they both fought…(by competing in basketball of course).Sakarugi joined the basketball team to beat Kaede Rukawa and to please Hana.Sakarugi picked up very fast and he soon proved that he is talented in basketball.Within 4 months,he had learned to rebound(naturally),shoot ,dribble,fake, jump shoot. Unfortunately, Ru had also improved. As they both hated each other ,they never passed to each other ..until they met their strong rival, SANNOH, the best n almost flawless basketball team in Japan…The two young talents conspired against SANNOH(They turned out to be unbeatable duos).
