I have to take a deep breath every time I listen to music from the CD "Songo." I find it breathtaking. I haven't been able to listen yet without tears welling up in my eyes. The music is so beautiful and wakes up so may beautiful feelings and emotions nside of me. Those feelings and emotions are released in my tears that flow from my eyes. It's a welcomed release. With those tears there's always a smile I can't wipe off my face. I just shut my eyes and listen. I even keep a copy at work and listen t it in the afternoon when I need a pick-me-up. It just lifts my spirits immediately.
