Not unexpectedly, when I read thru the "guestbook" the majority of us all feel that Andrea Bocelli's music touches our souls. It must be wonderful to have that power - yet he appears to be so unassuming...Though I love all the music I have heard him perf rm and replay the CDs constantly (and tapes in the car) my favorites remain not the arias, but the Italian love songs, and duets with Celine Dion and Sarah Brightman.......I think because there is such intense feeling expressed and such intimacy in the pe formance. This is a man with the capability of communicating one-on-one with anyone at anytime. My daughter was born blind and its been very hard to accept her condition but somehow when I listen and see Andrea Bochelli I'm able to find some peace of mind. Dear Andrea, Twenty Nine years ago I named my daughter Andrea (pronounced as you do your name) Renaldi because in my heart I could see her becoming an opera singer. Your "time to say goodbye" was sung by one of NZ's top tenors at a dear friend's funeral last year...she was one of th world's top netball players, now a sports trsut has been named in her honour. Your rendition of CANTO DELLA TERRA, literally blows me away. She has been having seizures but he doctors don't believe me so we r moving 2 get better medical attention 4 both r children. We r teaching r children that they can accomplish EVERYTHING that their heart desires. Mason is only 2 years old and Marissa is 10 months old but we r starting arly 2 teach them that they can do whatever they want and we will b right behind them 2 support them. I can't tell you how much I enjoy your singing and pictures on your WEB page. I saw you for the first time when you appeared at the Hollywood Bowl and I had been listening to your wonderful voice way before then. I thankyou for sharing your private life and family pictures on the internet which makes you even more endearing. The Italian songs you sing are absolutely wonderful. You sure know how to make an Italian girl cry! I hope I'll have another opportunity to see and hear you sing in Southern California again. My husband and I were with friends when you were at the Hollywood Bowl. The bowl parking lot filed just as we arrived and then we had to be routed across town to a other parking lot and then bused to the Bowl. As soon as the bus stopped and the doors opened, we hit the pavement, running. We could hear you start to sing as we ran up the hill but by the time we arrived at the entrance to the Bowl you had finished the irst song. Our seats weren't the best but your concert was the thrill of a lifetime. I hope you'll come to California again. With Love and Best Wishes To You and Your Family during this Holiday Season. I have only been a fan of Andrea's for a short while and recently bought his album "Sogno". Nothing has touched my heart as much as this album and I have lost count of the number of times I have listened to it. It matches my mood, making me sadder when am sad, and jubiliant when I am happy. The most wonderful voice I have ever heard. Soon, I will have all his albums and cannot wait. A true "Super Star" to top all others.

I so enjoyed your "Concert in Tuscany" on public television. My favorite songs are "Time to Say Goodbye" and "The Prayer". I lead the music at our local catholic church almost every Sunday. I sing "The Prayer" before mass every now and then. I am not Italian, but lived in Rimini, Italia for 2 years in the early 70's. Loved your country so much! You have so much talent and molto grazie for making a difference in the world.

I just recently had the opportunity to have Andrea Bocelli grace my ears for the first time over a romantic dinner with an Italian gentleman I am dating. Needless to say I was impressed that my date had a CD of an Italian opera singer (I am falling....!) and now I cannot stop listening to his Romanza CD. I can even sing Con Te Partiro' in Italian.....by heart! Andrea's music is so very beautiful, I love it.
