9 Months

Santa visited Daycare last week. Evan was a little suspicious at first but then decided he liked Santa’s beard.

Evan enjoyed his second sledding adventure. I think not having the wind and snow in his face helped a lot.

After a big day of sledding, it was time for a nap (Can this be comfortable?)

This past year was a real mixture for us. The death of Chris’ father was very sad. Many friends and family were laid-off and were looking for jobs. (Happily, almost everybody has found a new job or is actively re-establishing his/herself in a new career.) News on the national front hasn’t been that cheery either. Of course for our house, we’ve had one huge blessing. He is our one big accomplishment and that is great good news. Plus we’ve managed to do our regularly scheduled fun stuff, like singing in concerts and visiting with our friends. That has helped us keep our sanity between diaper changes.

Happy Holidays to all.
