| Directions: The elegant ballroom is located at 9001 Arlington Blvd., Fairfax, VA. Take exit 8W from the Capital Beltway, traveling 2 miles (5 traffic lights) west on Arlington Boulevard (Route 50). Those traffic lights will include Gallows Road, Prosperity Avenue, and Cedar Lane. At the traffic light for Barkley Road (Mantua) turn left and then immediately turn right onto the service road that goes to the large building. The ballroom has a very large parking lot. |
Festive Costume Dance to celebrate...
Fasching - Mardi Gras - Karneval!
- Door prizes. Lots of costume prizes. (Costumes are mostly halloween type rather than ballgown with fancy eyemask -- see the photos!)
- Live dance music with TWO GREAT BANDS: Steschner's Edelweiss Band and Mike Surratt's Continentals. Dance to a wide variety of dance music, including dixieland, waltzes, polkas, sambas, other Karneval/Mardi Gras, Latin and ballroom dances, as well as your requests!!!
- Wonderful German food specialties by The Swiss Bakery.
- German and domestic beer, wine, soft drinks, champagne available from our cash bar.
- Plenty of free parking.
