Angie




Angela Ann Gonzales is a freelance horn player and private music teacher in San Antonio, Texas.

She is a 2002 graduate of Central Washington University in Ellensburg, WA, where she earned a Master's of Music degree. Her horn teacher was Dr. Jeffrey Snedeker.

Angela is also a 2000 graduate of the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor's of Music degree with a performance emphasis. She was a student of Stig Jensen, formerly 4th Hornist of the San Antonio Symphony.

She is a 1996 graduate of O.W. Holmes High School. At Holmes, she was chosen as "Freshman of the Year" in the Symphonic Varsity Band, was Horn Section Leader from her sophomore to senior years, and made TMEA All Region Orchestra, Area Band, and All Region Band during her career at Holmes.

She is the maintainer of "Angie and Becky's Horn Page" and the "San Antonio Symphony News and Archives" page.
