Greetings! I am Jill Schultheis, a.k.a. "Jillogna" and "Amadeus"! This is my page all about myself, my life, and my interests. I figured that everyone else on the internet has a self centered page, so why can't I? *grin* If you get totally sick of me rambling on about myself, just leave!

INFO|all.you.need.to.know

I am an 18 year old Senior from Foundation Christian School in Meadville, Pennsylvania. There's only 20 kids in the entire school! It's nice because there is only one teacher, Mrs. Stearns, so we all know each other like family. Actually, it is like a big family. You have the little annoying 2nd graders, the 10th graders that bully the 2nd graders, and Mrs. Stearns that yells at whoever is making the most noise. We're one big happy family! <forced grin> We just got new computers that we keep at our own desks. My teacher made the mistake of putting old arcade games on them, so I have to make sure I'm not sitting at my desk playing Pong or Space Invaders all day! :) I'm technically a Junior, but I will be graduating this year and will be attending Thiel College in Greenville, PA in the fall of 2000 as a Religion major/Church Music minor. I will then go on to Seminary to become a Lutheran Pastor after I get my bachelors degree.

I'm a musician. Ok... should I be more specific? Alright, I'm an organist (organ... my only love!), flautist, pianist (well, I fake that one...), percussionist, singer, composer (eh, fake that, too) and conductor (I'm out of breath!). My main instrument is the pipe organ, on which I've been playing 3 years. I attended the Organ Week at Westminster Choir College again this year. It was a blast (as always)! Got to play St. John the Divine, St. Ignatious, and I had my picture taken at the Wanamakers! It was all really fun. Couln't stand the Middle School vocal campers, though. All the people (including composition students) were really nice this year. If you want info about Organ Week at Westminster Choir College, email me. I'll give you all the info if you would consider attending next year's session. I was just kicked out of my position as assistant organist at the church I was at. From what I've heard, it's because my friend(full time organist) and I played too much classical. grrr... So if you know a church in the Meadville area that needs an organist, let me know! :) If you haven't guessed it by now, my favorite kind of music is classical. I might as well tattoo "geek" on my forehead, but it's what I like. My favorite composers are Bach, Handel, Pachelbel, Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert, Franck, Widor, Tchaikovsky, Rimsky-Korsikov, Racnmaninov and Gershwin, to name only a few. My favorite bands are Barenaked Ladies, Aerosmith, Green Day, Pink Floyd, Orgy, NiN, and KoRn. I also like Jewel, Alanis Morisette and late 60's stuff like Janis Joplin and Greatful Dead. Hmmm... sometimes I think I'm too diverse.

I am a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America. I love my religion and my Savior Jesus Christ. I am REALLY big on theological/doctrinal discussions, so if you ever meet me, you have been warned. :) I have a new page I'm creating on the Lutheran faith, so check back soon to see if I have it on yet!

I fell off a horse on 7/11/99, and was in the hospital (in a coma) for a week with 2 skull fractures. I've lost my sense of taste and smell, and have also lost the hearing in my right ear. Doctors said the taste and smell will never come back (some has come back, though), but I had ear surgery to replace my ear bones September 15, and my hearing should be back 100% soon. Yippee! I'm just glad I'm still alive. Doctors weren't even sure if I would live the first 24 hours. But here I am, ready to annoy! :)

Would you believe me if I told you I was being followed by a yellow submarine? My favorite movie is The Beatles Yellow Submarine. If you've never seen it, rent it! It's *SO* cool!
