They are buried at Fairmount Cemetery in Lamar, Colorado.

Our great grandparents:
HENRY CLAY MOORE - Born March 17, 1854 in Texas Co.Missouri. Died Feb. 10, 1902 in Illinois.
MARY ALICE WILSON - Born June 6, 1860 in Illinois. Died Jan. 4, 1912.
Married March 4, 1882 in Trenton, IL. Both are buried in Trenton City Cemetery.

Note: May have been a double wedding. Surnames on the next line of the marriage registration page included Lee, Good and Featherston - all names associated with the Hobbs family. James Wilson was a witness to both marriages, both of which took place on March 4, 1882.
Mary Alice married Robert Cook in 1907. However, she shares a tombstone with Henry, which still shows the surname "Moore".

m. "Gene" or "Eugene" (female!). Son named Harry, per letters.

5. HATTIE ETHEL - Born about July, 1895. Died in Madison Co. IL, 6/17/1899, at age "3 years, 11 months and 6 days." Per cemetery record.
Note: Family Bible shows July 11, 1886 to June 17, 1889

6. ROBERT CLINTON - Born May 13, 1896. Died Aug., 1971 in St. Louis, MO per SSDI. Married "Jean"(?) per letters.

7. HOWARD JAMES MOORE - Born Jan. 7, 1901. Died Jan. 30, 1901.

8. SADIE PEARL MOORE - Born Jan. 7, 1901. Died March 6, 1901.

Note:In the 1880 Madison Co. IL census, I found an Arthur Sudduth, age 36, married to "Melissa", age 39, born in MO. They lived next door to Hugh and Margaret Gelly.
