Fractal Example - Hexagonal Gosper

Last updated on: May 12, 1999

Here is an example of the Hexagonal Gosper curve. Axiom is "SLFFF", angle of turn is 18 degrees and number of iterations is 10. Transformation rules are null for "F", "XF+YF++YF-XF--XFXF-YF+" for "X" and "-XF+YFYF++YF+XF--XF-YF" for "Y".

The iterations upto the maximum possible is repeated after a short duration. Since Netscape 4.0x does not recognize the java listeners well, the example below had to be changed in this manner.

alt="Your browser understands the <APPLET> tag but isn't running the applet, for some reason." Your browser is completely ignoring the <APPLET> tag!
