We went to an ice cave to get ice for water which is about |
seven & one half miles west of his claim. We went into the |
cave about 55 rods before we got to the back end of it. |
There is nine rooms in it - lots of ice in every room. We had |
to take candles to light the way. This is the first cave I was |
ever in. |
