I am a diabetic, not insulin dependant, I'm drug free, I control it by diet alone.
I also have recently suffered a heart attack. Its to do with hereditary and affects most females in my family. For years I have been watching for signs, guess what? It snuck up on me!!! Scared me, and has given me a whole new outlook on life. I am looking for a site that deals with the hereditary side of things.
