I am glad to see another survivor relying on the strength and mercy of God to get through what no young child should ever have to experience. He loves and cares for us and will never forsake us! My own journey of recovery has led down many paths and I'm glad this was one of them. I believe each one of us was put here for a purpose. Thanks for making such a great page. I know I will be back, not only for my research paper but for my own knowledge. I myself was abused for like 6 yrs. It was horrible, and it still produces horrible after effects. This page is great. You are very brave to do this. | Comments: hello. im signing this book to let you know that you have done great...i found this page by looking for pictures of my favorite pooh character(eeyore).when i was reading your intro, before your link to your story, i was a little offended that people didnt like that you had this on your personal page..its yours whatever you wanted on there they really didnt have a say...anyway, i have never been sexually abused, and i curently dont know anyone that has....i am a young person, the age of when your brother stoped abusing you.....i also wanted to let you know that i am also a christian,and am glad that god was your way out.. he trully is amazing. i know that it really must have been hard for you to keep the faith, but god will never give up on you. god bless, lauren (13) |
| Comments: this is a great way for those who have ever been sexually abused in any way to get help. when I was 11 i was abused by my boyfriend and he would never leave me alone. I am now 15 and I have learned to deal with what happened to me. only my friends know so that way I dont have to deal with a public mess but this page helps alot. oh yea--i love your pictures of eeyore! |

| Comments: I'm sad to say that this sort of thing happens so often to so many people. I am happy to see sites like yours from people who have the courage to come forward and tell their stories. This is a horrible thing to have to go through(I know first hand) but people have to come forward to break the cycle, so that the same thing doesn't happen to other children, and to start healing ourselves. I am happy you are getting the help you need and I wish you the best of luck and happiness in your future. |
