I would like to see some info on repressed memory and how to deal with that . It is like living in the twilight zone . Having another life . I am going through panic attachs , fear , and confusion as to what is going to happen next . I really appreciate your biblical view on this matter . It takes a tremendous amount of courage to speak out about something so personally traumatizing, but every person who speaks out about sexual abuse has a chance of helping someone who is suffering s a result of it. As someone who unfortunately has an awful lot of experience in dealing with women who have been affected by sexual abuse, I'm glad to see that you are taking active steps to cope with what you went through. However, don't be afraid to open up to your fri nds about things that affect you emotionally. True friends are willing to help you no matter what, but you have to be willing to let them help you. Its very inlighting to hear something like that. You have put your feeling on to a web site for every one to read. I don't know what i is like to be sexual abused but i have a best friend who was raped by 4 guys and she was to scared to tell anyone as she felt that she would be call a "slut" and other names. She has the same strengh that you have inside. For her some days are harder tha others but she manages to get through them with help for her friends. Once again a touching web site one the best i have seen and read because it is in you face to read. |
