December 19th, second entry

Well, I've done it! I've totally redone this website, and it's all in frontier. About the only thing I have to do by hand now is add the new entries into the Journal index and my home page. Of course, I couldn't manage to do all of that without at least one screw-up: When I was uploading files this afternoon, I uploaded a frontierized version of geobook.html, which overwrote the previous one and toasted any entries that might have been there. *sigh* So if you've signed my guestbook in the last couple weeks, I'm sorry, but it got lost (and I didn't get to see it). If you wouldn't mind signing again....? *hopeful look*

Mom and I went to see Titanic this afternoon. I didn't realize it was over three hours long (not counting the 5 or 10 minutes it took them to get it fixed when the picture suddenly disappeared in the middle of it... we thought it was the lights going out on the ship!). The movie was good... James Cameron does well with water in films, but there were still a few "water rushing down the hall toward the camera" places where it looked like miniatures. The water "drops" were just too big. Ah, well... I just notice things like that. I think I'll cruise over to their website later and take a look around.

Well, Jevim hopped online (he was home, but playing games), and Connie's on as well, so I'm chatting with them and I guess I'll wrap this up. I just wish that Jevim and I could be chatting with Connie from his computer. After the movie, I miss him even more. *sigh*
