'Twas the season for eating and eating and eating. But the scale doesn't lie. This is my home scale which always weighed less than the Weight Watcher scale, but since I'm not rejoining WW this will have to do.
I started the year at 165 and did a restrictive "crash" diet to get off some initial weight. It's not really crash. It's just very low calorie and specific food combining for 3 days. It does the trick. I may do it again next week for another boost.
One of the changes that happed that gave me a rationalization to stop watching what I was eating was that Mark and I have decided to start getting pregnant - now. That's a change. I figured, why try to loose weight if I am just going to put it all back on when I get pregnant? Right? Wrong! It could take months before we are sucessful and I don't want to be fat for my sister-in-laws wedding... especially considering the dresses she is considering. Oh my!
So it's back on track. Now if only I could get myself to the gym more than once a week!!
Sigh!!
