October 11th - Qu'Appelle, SK
| Nestled in the flat expanses of southern Saskatchewan is the Qu'Appelle valley, rich in lakes, views, and surprises. Among the treasures is the Qu'Appelle House of Prayer just west of the town of Ft Qu'Appelle. I was privileged to pray there and share lunch with Glenn and Margaret, who coordinate the house. |  |

| Settled for the night at the Prairie Oasis in Moose Jaw where I stayed on my way east. The facility is full with people celebrating a wedding, and Thanksgiving. Happily there was room for me! I think some of the water I drank at the campsite was less than pristine and I'm suffering the consequences. I'm also finding out how important good water is; something we British Columbians take for granted. |
