250 g fresh mushrooms (or more) 3-4 tbsp soy sauce 3 dl water 2 dl mediumsweet (?:)! not too sweet, not too dry) white wine 2 cloves of garlic Serve with pasta 1.) Wash, clean, and slice the mushrooms. Start heating the pasta water. 2.) Fry the mushrooms in the butter until the mushrooms have absorbed the butter (doesn't take long). 3.) Add soy sauce, water, wine, and crushed garlic. Let boil for 10 minutes. 4.) Serve with the fettuccine. Good with Fettuccine Alfredo . |
