Adam J. Pelzman
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
Prior to founding WideLines, Adam was an investment professional at Marsh & McLennan Capital from 1997 to 1999. There, he made private equity investments in the insurance and financial services industries. Before joining Marsh, Adam held private equity and principal investing positions at Gabriel Capital and Lincolnshire Management. From 1992 to 1995, Adam practiced corporate law at Willkie Farr & Gallagher. He serves on the board of ClaimPort, Inc. Adam received a B.A. in Russian Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from the UCLA School of Law.

Frank P. Panayotou
Executive Vice President, Business Development.
Prior to joining WideLines, Frank was a Senior Vice President at Marsh & McLennan. There, he managed a book of Fortune 500 clientele as part of Marsh's risk management client services division. Prior to that, Frank managed Marsh's Middle Market sales practice for its Connecticut Operations. Frank also held brokerage positions in the firm's Financial and Professional (FINPRO) specialty products division. From 1990 to 1992, he was a Senior Underwriter with the Aetna Casualty & Surety Company. Frank received a B.S. in Finance from the University of Connecticut and is a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).

Russell Eliot Dale
Chief Technology Officer.
Prior to founding WideLines, Russell was a Senior Software Engineer at Information Builders, Inc. Russell has taught courses in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Philosophy, Logic, and Ethics at Queens College, New York University, Touro College, and the City University of New York. He received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Pratt Institute, an M.A. in Philosophy from New York University, and a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the City University of New York.

John Comino
Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer.
Prior to joining WideLines, John was a Vice President at The Citibank Private Bank. John worked at Citibank from 1997 to 2000 as an internal consultant, managing various process and product design projects plus working with senior management on strategic initiatives. John earned his M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, concentrating in Finance and Management, and his B.A. in Finance and History from Bryant College.

William Morein
Vice President, Product Development.
Prior to joining WideLines, Bill was Project Manager in the New York, Zurich and London offices of The Citibank Private Bank from 1996 to 1999. There, he was responsible for technology-oriented consulting, systems review and process management. Following his graduation in 1994 from Colgate University with a degree in Philosophy and Economics, Bill helped finance, build and sell Reality Simulation Systems, a graphics hardware company.

Tim Steele
Vice President, Business Development.
Prior to joining WideLines, Tim was an Assistant Vice President with Chubb Executive Risk. There, Tim's responsibilities included the management of various directors and officers and related professional liability underwriting units. Prior to joining Chubb, Tim was an underwriter with the Aetna Casualty and Surety Company beginning in 1988. He received a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College.
