James Baillie flats
Situated in five and a half acres of landscaped grounds in north Leeds, James Baillie and North Hill Court were completed in 1974 and comprise sixty-two centrally heated flats, each flat consisting of six standard single rooms and one large single study room, with shared kitchen and bathroom. A small number of flats contain a sitting room (converted from a large study room) for which the residents pay a higher rent.

Facilities at James Baillie Flats include a laundrette, telephones, parking facilities. The flats are fifteen minutes walk from the University Campus and a similar distance from Headingley.

Environment: Located in 5½ acres of landscaped grounds On site facilities. Laundrette, telephones and parking . Local Facilities: The University and Headingley within 15 minutes walk, pubs, shops and cinema are all within easy reach.
