Each month a different Scrapal is featured on this page. They are chosen by me (Angie) for different reasons. It is usually because during the month before they are featured they struck me as going out of their way to help other scrapals, share ideas, answer alot of posts or by doing some other special thing for a scrapal that deserves to be recognized.
Every pal is special in their own way and it is very hard to choose each month but, I do love to give a pal their special spot on the featured page each month!
