11/5/97Wow. Today was weird. Maybe the clothes I wore effected it. I was wearing this bright yellow sweater type thing. Heh. I'm surprised I didn't get any "Hey you look like a Mutant Banana!" comments. Today was all mixed up though. I mean it's a Wednesday and all, but it feels like a Monday. I kept thinking that I could go home and sleep all night, but I have to go to dance. Grrr.
This page is a real pain sometimes. Especially when Geocities is all screwy. I hate that "Oops! We couldn't find that file!" message crap. It chips me potato! Ok...a hint of corniness there.
Ok, for some reason, the two tests I was supposed to have today were rescheduled for Friday. I think it's all a conspiracy. I remember in 8th grade, I didn't even know what that meant, but I could spell it. Isn't it weird how you can spell things but you don't have any idea as to what the words mean? Ok...off the subject. Sorry, I do that sometimes.
Ricki Lake is on. She's reuniting first loves. I'd have a problem with that one. I've never HAD a first love. Hmm...it'll happen eventually. I hope.
Grr....my keyboard is making weird noises. When I hit the backspace key, it makes a wacko squeak noise. It's just annoying cause I use the backspace key, A LOT.
I just joined a bunch of new webrings in hopes of getting a higher number on my counter. My counter sucks, but I don't want to change it now, cause I have too many to just erase it. I dunno why I care how many people visit my site. I guess I'm just being dumb again.
Yesterday, I tried to help Lola make a Geo page(Spread the knowledge that Jules gave to me). It was weird, cause she doesn't have much knowledge in HTML. Neither did I when I started, but I had to ask Jules all the time for help. I still do. HTML is the enemy of all computers...or maybe just me. Oh well. Gotta go to ballet class.
11/6/97 Today was a pretty crappy day. I saw Ben...haven't mentioned him much lately in this. I guess it's cause I hardly ever see him. He was with Jessica. And ya know what? I don't even give a damn! He's such a dork. How could I have ever liked him? What was I thinking!? He was wearing one of those stupid necklace keyholder things...only what made it even more dumb, was that it was one with "Nortstars" on it. It's like he actually gives a damn about our school or something.
Hmm...well, Jules and Zoe ditched me in History class today. I was sorta mad at first, but I could really give two craps. We had to get in groups of 3 and they went with Sammy, and left me hanging high and dry. Then, if there were any extra people there could be 4 to a group, so they ask Kris. Ah well. I went with Luna and Jasmine. Luna was trying to convince me to switch my religion to Buddhism(it was a class activity) and Jasmine was trying to convince me to stay with my Hindu religion. Either way it came out, we got M&M's. No matter, I didn't eat mine anyways. I gave them to Kris and Jasmine to split up. Luna would have taken some if she had her way but she was too slow to dodge Kris' and Jasmine's swiping hands.
Finally, tomorrow I get new clothes. I haven't bought clothes in the longest time. I hardly bought anything for Back to School, except for shoes. My mom's taking me to Old Navy to get pants and a few sweaters cause she ruined my nifty yellow one. But, I want to get a nice sweater...one that isn't wool. I want to get one like the one my brother has. It's like hunter green and it has a white stripe going across the chest. I have no idea why I like it so much, I just do.
This page is making me mad. Everytime I try to edit it, it always deletes the files that I add on. Like I had that Ramblings page....Geocities deleted it. I have no idea what's up. Stupid quirks in the system I guess. Grrr. Well...I'm gonna go work on more things for my page. Later.
11/7/97 Today started off pretty crappy. But then again, practically everyday is bad. I got up late, I had a headache all morning. I was in french class and this kid Dan was asking me what was wrong...I didn't even know what was wrong. All I knew was that I was in a bad mood. We did some stupid class participation thing where Mr. Vogt gave us some flashcards and they had french words on them and we had to put them into sentences. Ketsia(a french girl in my class) was going around helping people. It wasf funny because Mr. Vogt kept telling her not to and finally gave her a lecture at the end of the period. I didn't have a group because everyone else grouped up before I had a chance to speak up, so Mr. Vogt was gonna put me with this sorta tolerable freshman, Daniel, and this annoying freshman, Paul. I can't stand Paul. He is so annoying! Mr. Vogt was like, "Noelle!(<---that's my french name) Go with Paul!" and I said that I wasn't participating in a really bitchy way...he repeated himself and finally I said, I am NOT WORKING WITH PAUL! I just put my head down the rest of the period. In Geometry, I had a definitions quiz. Stupid crap about circumcenters and orthocenters and stuff. I don't even care. Then there was lunch. Everyone was really quiet. It seemed like everyone was mad at someone or something, except Luna. After lunch, I had art. That was alright. We're doing some paper collage thing. And I'm drawing Mia Hamm doing a bicycle kick trying to get the ball. I have to admit that it looks pretty damn good. Biology. Hmm...got an A for having all my homework done. I hope I can pull my high C up to a low B or something. Please, God! Study Hall...in one word, boring. History. Uh, I hate my teacher. 'Nuff said. Gym...we roller skated and I pushed some annoying girl down. hahahah! I know it was wrong to push her, but she was so annoying, she was pulling my friends' hair and mine, and pushing me and I couldn't take it. I said I was sorry, which I was.
I didn't see Ben, and yet again, I don't care.
I didn't see Lola much today. I saw her like once in the hall and in the morning, but that's it.
My mom is taking me to the store to get some winter clothes. FINALLY. I saw my brother today...the first time in like 2 weeks. He was in his friend Jay's car. That car is so beat up. I haven't seen Zac in a while. Hmm...where could he be? Oh well.
Hmm People's Court. Oohhhh Yeah! Great show. heh not really, but I'm trying to fill space up. Uh, I guess that's all.
