3. Send notes to friends who need to be reminded of God's love. |

6. Listen to your favourite Christian music and sing along |
7. Find a quiet place and pray longer than usual |
8. Ask God to show you the next growth step in your spiritual development, then take it. |
9. Visit someone who is lonely |
10. Ask God to minister to you during church services |

Acquiring God's Peace -- Philippians 4:4-9 |
Rejoice: Where is my inner focus? What is my inner attitude? (verse 4) |
Relax: Am I anxious over something? Can I know the Lord is near me? (verses 5-6a) |
Request: Have I taken everything to the Lord? Have I left it there? (verse 6b) |
Result: Are my thoughts focused on God? Am I guarding my heart and mind? (verses 7,9) |
Remember: Has God been faithful before? Can I trust Him to be faithful in the future? (verse 8) |
