Rheine Valley, Germany.  Absolutely breathe-taking.  Lush mountains, water, lots of castles and cobble stone streets.  I would love to go back and spend more time there -  just sit around, enjoy the view, and watch the boats that go by.  Just a nice place to sit back and relax.

I really didn't have much of an opportunity to do anything in Lucerne except go shopping.  But my friends and I did have fun raiding the chocolate stores that seemed to pop up at every corner.  Mom was so happy with her 20 lbs. of Swiss chocolate....I knew the pain of carrying that around was worth it.
