Here you can read news from last year (2003) - most of it was added in February 2004...

2003

Spent New Years Eve with Trond and his mom at her place. We watched the fireworks at Hauge. A hopefully wonderful new year has begun.

All through this month I was going to the dentist to get my teeth fixed. I lost track of how many times I went or how many hours I spent in the chair. But now my teeth are doing much better than before!

We went to Tonstad, where my mother's mother was from, to see her two brothers who still live there! Had a nice time with them.

We took a trip to Oslo to get the rest of my stuff that I left there before xmas. Had a great weekend...

In Stavanger to get my ticket. We also did some shopping before we drove home.

Left for Hungary again. Having to say goodbye to Trond was the hardest thing I've ever had to do. Tronds mom took me to the airport, since he was at work when I left.

Trond came to Hungary to visit and celebrate easter with me. We went to Vienna for a few days, and also got to see a bit of Budapest on our way home. Soooo good to see him!

I finally took and finished my internal medicine exam!!

I went home to Norway - got home just in time for "Sokndalsdagane" (The Sokndal Days), which lasted from May 30^th until June 1^st.

Country and Western festival at Hauge i Dalane! Fun, although it's not really my favorite music...

Trond and me took the car and the trailer, and drove all the way to Hungary to pick up my stuff there, and move home... We also got to spend a few days in Denmark on our way home, and really enjoyed that!

Trond, his mom, my mom and me went for a 2 week vacation at Tenerife. We had a nice few days there, and got to see a lot of the island...
Mom also stayed with Trond's mom for a few days after we returned, so I was happy!

While at Tenerife, Trond got down on his knees and asked me to marry him. I had no idea that he was planning to do so, but of course, I said "yes"...

Åse, Magnor and Sebastian visited with us for a short week. During their stay, we all went
to a concert with Bjørn Eidsvå (a Norwegian artist). We also went to "Kristiansand Dyrepark" (zoo), and watched "Kaptein Sabeltann" (a play) at night there.

Notodden Blues Festival 2003 - we both worked at the festival, and also got to see a lot of concerts there! Had a great time!

Trond and me went to Sula to see mom and my family there. We arranged a disco for the youth in my mom's boat-house! I think they all enjoyed it...

His royal highness the King of Norway visited Sokndal, since our church was celebrating its 200^th "birthday".

Trond, his mom and me went to Oslo to visit with Mona for a few days, and also to see Santana in Concert on the 30^th!

I was studying for exams, and preparing to go back to Hungary to finish school there..

Went to Hungary, only to find that I got there a bit too late to finish like I had planned. I kept running into problems, and ended up only being able to take the surgery exam...
Four down, unfortunately two more to go...

My sis, Åse and Magnor, her boyfriend, got engaged!!

I travelled to Gambia (in Africa) to be Mona's maid of honor at her wedding on the 12^th!
It was so much fun - I really enjoyed myself there!

Ragnhild gave birth to a beautiful little girl, Solveig. I am now the very proud aunt of 3 children!!

My mom came to Hauge to celebrate x-mas with Trond, Tronds mom and me.
We celebrated christmas-eve at Trond's mom's place. Me and Trond also took a trip to Stavanger on the weekend, and got to see some of our friends there!
