The Mathematics of the Solar System.
The figure shows the
mathematics compared to the real orbits raised to the appropriate exponents. With the exception of Saturn, the deviations are so small, less than the thickness of the dotted lines on the screen, any attempt to render them visually on the graph is certain to fail. The deviations are impossible to show. The deviation on Saturn is well within the planet's orbital eccentricity, and is shown in red. This is a real drawing of the real Solar System, it is not make-believe. The Solar System really is in very close accord with a mathematical design. (The calculated percent deviations are listed below.) Compare this drawing of the Solar System with drawings in
'Babel' section. It has the same proportions. |
