TO MY WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM
FEEL FREE TO JOIN ME
I BEGAN MY WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM ON JANUARY 1st, 2000 I WEIGHED TOO MANY POUNDS MY GOAL IS TO LOSE AS MANY POUNDS AS I CAN!!! WISH ME LUCK!
MY REASONS FOR WANTING TO LOSE WEIGHT ARE VERY SIMPLE I WANT TO LIVE AND ENJOY A LONGER FULLER LIFE
OUR BODY HAS BILLIONS OF FAT CELLS EACH IS LIKE A THIN-WALLED TANK. IF YOU EAT CALORIES THAT YOU DONT NEED FOR IMMEDIATE ENERGY, MOST OF THE EXTRAS GOES INTO THESE CELLS AND ARE STORED AS FAT.
WE HAVE AN ALMOST UNLIMITED CAPACITY TO STORE FAT AND THAT CAN HAVE A PROFOUND EFFECT ON YOUR BODY AND YOUR HEALTH ESPECIALLY IF THE FAT IS STORED AROUND THE ABDOMEN LIKE MINE SHORTNESS OF BREATH MAY BE THE FIRST SIGN OF STRAIN BEING PLACED ON YOUR BODY BY EXCESS FAT THATS BECAUSE AS FAT ACCUMULATES IT CAN CROWD THE SPACE OCCUPIED BY THE ORGANS FAT ACCUMULATED IN YOUR ABDOMEN MAY EVENTUALLY MAKE IT DIFFICULT FOR YOU TO BREATHE COMFORTABLY WHILE SITTING BECAUSE IT LIMITS SPACE FOR YOUR LUNGS TO EXPAND.
